Presentation Overview:

With great power comes great responsibility.  The HVAC industry is responsible for 15% of global carbon emissions.  Learn more about Sustainability in the HVACR industry including Net Zero, Life Cycle Assessments and refrigerants.

Presenter Bio

Valerie Lisi is the Associate Director of Engineering Sustainability at Carrier.  With a background in Chemistry, Valerie has experience in refrigerant development and manufacturing as well as materials engineer.  Valerie led materials qualifications for new refrigerants and lubricants, managed materials labs and was active in ASHRAE Section 3 technical committees before transitioning to a career in Sustainability.  Now, Valerie leads the Net Zero project and is focused implementing the technologies to enable a Net Zero product portfolio.
