On March 4, 2003, members of the design and construction industry, drawing inspiration from the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Rating System, met to discuss the formation of an organization that would help the Central NY community move toward a more sustainable future.
From the beginning, GreeningUSA recognized that we are stronger when we collaborate, which is why we continue to promote the good work of like minded groups.
Join us this year to learn about the outstanding organizations working to make Central NY a leader in sustainability.
GreeningUSA’s Sustaining Our Communities awards will be presented.
