SUNY ESF’s Jill Rahn and Olivia Whitmarsh will share all things maple syrup with us! Arrive at Heiberg Forest at noon. We will tour the sugar house and the surrounding grounds at 12:15, followed by a guided tour of information stations inside the classroom. Guaranteed to be our sweetest Sweet Science presentation!
