Biography:
Rachel Gleason, Director of Challenge Island CNY, grew up with a big family and her mother’s in-home daycare, and became a nanny right out of high school and continued that for six years. Needless to say, kids have always been part of her life! Now a mother of three beautiful kids of her own, she is thankful to watch them grow every day! Rachel enjoys trying new things, adventuring, and having just as much fun as her kids. As Walt Disney said, “growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.”
